Biography

Mark Power (b. 1959, UK) studied life drawing and painting at Brighton Polytechnic but turned to photography soon after graduating. He worked as a freelance photographer for ten years before beginning teaching in 1992.

He has published multiple books and his work is held in major collections worldwide. He joined Magnum Photos as a Nominee in 2002, becoming a full Member in 2007.
